As an LE Broker you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner championing oversight governance and operational excellence across the organization. This role is at the intersection of business compliance and stakeholder engagement requiring a keen eye for detail a passion for controls and the ability to influence and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with other LE Brokers to harmonize processes share insights and drive innovation across regions. Leverage global and regional awareness to support business objectives adapting strategies to meet evolving needs.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
Proven leadership and people management experience with a strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively influence senior stakeholders.
Must be firm and confident in managing stakeholder relationships ensuring clear communication and decisive action.
Strong analytical and business analysis skills demonstrating keen attention to detail.
In-depth understanding of risk management principles operational controls and regulatory frameworks within financial services.
Demonstrated ability in process optimization critical thinking and problem-solving under tight deadlines.
Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills across regions and functions.
Strategic orientation focused on quality outcomes continuous improvement and operational resilience.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
Experience working within a global financial institution.
Familiarity with APAC regulatory requirements and third-party risk management.
Project management certification or formal training.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with automation platforms such as Alteryx or UiPath.
Advanced knowledge of supplier governance frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in an Asian language is considered an asset.
