Responsibilities:

As a Delivery Lead you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational contractual and financial commitments. You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling. You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Spring Boot is required. Expert proficiency in Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) is recommended. Additionally expert proficiency in Spring Batch Java EE Development and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is suggested.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team innovation and problem-solving.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Mentor team members to build their skills and confidence in project delivery.
Analyze project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
