Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Review validate and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Reconcile travel expenses and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
Train and assist employees on the online Concur expense reporting system.
Perform internal policy audits identify discrepancies and resolve disputes or errors related to expense submissions.
Support a high-volume Concur expense team through consistent oversight and internal control activities.
Generate and maintain expense-related reports for management and accounting teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience in high-volume expense reimbursement processing.
At least 2 years of experience using an automated expense reporting system.
