A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)
Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanics and installers to assemble High Voltage GIS
equipment. Interpreting and analyzing technical drawings to understand installation process and
procedure. Keeping a safe and clean installation environment following the client installation
guidelines to ensure high quality standards. Precise installation of High Voltage GIS equipment which
requires strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Emphasizing teamwork following instructions and
completing tasks as assigned by a supervisor or team leader.
3-5 years experience.
How Youll Make an Impact (responsibilities)
Mechanical Supervisor which plays a pivotal role in the installation of High Voltage GIS
equipment
Management of union contractors resources motivating directing people as they work
identifying the best people for the job
Active following the lead of installation processes procedures timelines and given schedules
Judgment and Decision of installation processes considering relative costs and benefits of
potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
The position is based in Spotswood NJ- 85 Main St Spotswood NJ 08884
Role is 100% onsite
