Role Summary
TheThirdPartyRisk Management (TPRM) functionestablishesand operates the enterprise framework foridentifying assessing and overseeing risks arising fromthirdpartyrelationships including outsourced service providers banking partners and other critical vendors. The function supports regulatory compliance operational resilience and sound risk governance across the fullthirdpartylifecycle.
The Analyst Third-Party Risk Management supports thirdparty oversight by strengthening the structure quality and usability of TPRM portfolio data. The role focuses on building reliable datasets improving tracker/reporting outputs and enabling consistent execution at scale through data quality controls andautomationorientedapproaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize clean andmaintainthirdparty vendor data to ensure information isaccurate consistent and usable across the TPRM program.
- Use existing thirdparty data to produce clear reports and views that show remediation progress gaps and overall program status.
- Review and analyze vendor data toidentifyinconsistencies missing information and quality issues and support correction and cleanup.
- Support the TPRM team by turning raw data into simple decisionready outputs that help pace remediation and program build activities.
- Maintain structured trackers and datasets used for daytoday execution and management reporting.
- Support due diligence activities as needed to ensure data completeness and integrity across vendor records.
- Performadditionalduties asrequiredto support the ThirdParty Risk Management team and enhancePayoneersenterprise resilience and risk management capabilities.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelors degreerequired;preferred background in data analytics computer science or quantitative fields.
- 13 years of experience in analyst roles involvingdata in a financial institution or other regulated environment.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a financial institution or other regulatedenvironment.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically organize work independently and communicate clearly.
- Comfort working with large volumes of structured information where accuracy and auditability matter.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills including the ability to summarize issues and next steps
- High levelof organization attention to detail and followthrough
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel(advanced level) Word and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python
- Experience and familiarity with Power BI and Big Query.
Certificates or Licenses
- Preferred but notrequired(e.g. CTPRP CISA CRISC or other relevant industry certifications).
