Description

As a Cloud Field Sales Manager here at Honeywell you will be instrumental in driving sales and expanding our customer base. Your role will involve engaging with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs effectively.

You will work fully remote for this position as a Field Sales Manager.

In this role you will impact the company significantly. By effectively managing your designated territory and building strong customer relationships you will drive revenue growth and contribute to the companys financial success. Your ability to identify new business opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry and drive the companys growth and competitiveness in the market.



Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full ownership of all cloud business opportunities.
  • Management of cloud only VARs dealers.
  • Deliver on cloud financial objectives in conjunction with your local Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) for shared partners
  • Provide active participation in sales activities required to achieve business success
  • Develop key sales competencies as required to maximize success including but not limited to prospecting lead generation influencing business acumen and business judgment
  • Hold yourself accountable (weekly activity reports/) to effective execution of key deliverables key metrics and key activities
  • Participate in clear communication with your teammates locally.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of customers opportunities markets and competition
  • Enable connections with proper internal resources so as to provide our customers with value and ease of doing business
  • Add value to customers through growth and support activities including product demonstrations regional trade shows and product road shows
  • Execute on internal business deliverables with the appropriate timeframe
  • Provide productive strategic and market feedback to the business

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3 years plus of Security Cloud Based Solutions Sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal written/verbal communication organizational and leadership skills
  • Developed and proven sales skills including prospecting negotiating influencing and selling
  • Proactive and high energy strong customer focus and responsiveness adaptable
  • Experience in running product demonstrations
