How will you make an impact
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager from the travel industry ideally with prior experience in a B2B and/or B2C bed bank or similar organisation.
The successful candidate will be professional credible confident and enthusiastic with a proven track record of delivering results across both business development and account management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential; Spanish and Portuguese are considered a plus.
This role requires excellent negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to engage and build relationships at all levels within client organisations.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously maintaining strong attention to detail while driving account optimisation and profitability consistently meeting and exceeding budget expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Connectivity & Implementation
- Manage and optimise connectivity with hotel suppliers across all WebBeds platforms in the Americas region.
- Lead the implementation of new accommodation supplier connections (e.g. XML integrations new hotels and chains).
- Introduce and improve procedures to enhance connections with hotels CRS PMS and Channel Managers.
- Oversee Channel Manager mapping to ensure accurate rate and inventory feeds into our systems.
Supplier Onboarding & Support
- Act as the regional lead for supplier onboarding activation and follow-up.
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers throughout onboarding ensuring clarity on progress and next steps.
- Provide training to suppliers and partners on connectivity processes and systems.
- Conduct proactive checks and audits to prevent activation barriers.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
- Coordinate all connectivity troubleshooting activities across the region.
- Resolve connectivity-related queries from hotel partners and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and escalate where required.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve technical credit pricing inventory and availability issues.
Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration
- Represent the Americas region in connectivity-related initiatives with other WebBeds regions and the central technology team.
- Work closely with Contracting Operations and Commercial Technology to ensure seamless end-to-end supplier connections.
Process & Documentation
- Maintain accurate documentation of supplier interactions and activation progress.
- Ensure full visibility of supplier journeys to support continuous optimisation and performance improvement.

- Fluency in English is essential; Spanish and/or Portuguese highly desirable (written and spoken).
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build relationships understand client needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills capable of interpreting complex data identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI; additional programming knowledge is advantageous.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic evolving environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently while managing workload effectively.
- Ability to provide tailored support and guidance to Sales teams and new clients.
- Experience developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across sourcing finance sales and other teams.
- Excellent communication presentation facilitation and listening skills.
- Knowledge of the travel industry and its commercial dynamics is a plus.
