Were looking for an experienced and inspiring Leader to drive performance culture and commercial results across our operational this role youll take ownership of delivering the CT business plan ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting managers to consistently achieve strong results.
Youll lead multiple teams balancing customer portfolios staff levels and productivity while championing technology adoption and operational excellence. Youll also work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that grow profitability and improve the way we serve our customers.
A key part of the role is guiding and developing Team Managers - ensuring discipline structure and a positive culture - while providing firstline leadership support and building strong relationships with clients. You will also oversee the implementation of new clients ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that enables teams to deliver exceptional service from day one.
Additionally youll manage our After Hours team reviewing monthly performance and ensuring the team is fully supported and set up for success.
