Project Management Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Management Lead to establish and enforce project management standards methodologies and best practices across all projects. This role will ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures while monitoring project progress to align with objectives timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:

Establish and enforce project management standards and methodologies across all projects.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategy.
Provide guidance and support to project managers ensuring consistency and best practices.
Oversee the project portfolio prioritizing projects based on resource availability and strategic impact.
Maintain a centralized view of all projects assessing performance and potential risks.
Manage and allocate resources effectively across projects identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
Develop and implement risk management strategies monitoring risks across the portfolio.
Provide training and development programs for project managers on methodologies and tools.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement in project management processes.
Implement quality management processes and conduct audits to ensure deliverables meet standards.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support project managers.
Proven experience in project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to monitor and manage project risks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with project management tools and software.
Knowledge of industry trends and practices in project management.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
10-15 years of experience in project management with a focus on leadership roles.
