Job Description: The Director of Student and Family Support is seeking 2 educators to lead the districts goals in diversity equity inclusion and belonging with LHS students outside of contractual hours. Educators will support students with No Place Hate school and district-wide engagement :Must be aware of the schools commitment to No Place for HateMust be able to collaborate with LHS Peer Leaders/No Place for Hate students and staffShould be able to collaborate with other No Place for Hate staff and students across the districtShould demonstrate expertise and experience with DEIB initiatives and trainingsDuties/Responsibilities:Coordinate an after-school engagement strategy to include more LHS students in No Place for Hate initiativesDevelop strategies with students to create a more inclusive school communityCreate correspondence and communication to connect LHS students with LPS middle school students involved in the No Place for Hate initiativeUpdate the Director of Student and Family Support on ongoing student and community engagement efforts for the No Place for Hate campaignPosition Type:After school/EveningJob Categories:Student Services > Pupil Personnel Worker
