Southwest Montana through innovative community-based collaborative approaches.Low-Pressure Boiler OperatorEmployment/FLSA Status: Part-Time/Temporary/Non-ExemptPosition Description: We are looking for a Low-Pressure Boiler Operator to conduct daily boiler checks at three of Action Inc.s facilities (5 boilers total). These facilities require a qualified professional to perform routine boiler checks and basic maintenance. The ideal candidate brings reliability attention to detail and the appropriate licensure.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled inspections of low-pressure boilers at three facility locations
Document readings maintenance actions and any issues requiring follow-up
Perform minor adjustments and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently
Communicate promptly about any concerns or recommended repairs
Requirements
Valid Low-Pressure Boiler Operator License (required)
Experience with boiler operation inspection or maintenance
Ability to travel between three local facilities
Strong safety awareness and clear communication skills
Must be bondable and insurable

This position is eligible for optional retirement benefits through the Montana Public Employees Retirement System (PERS).
