About the role
The Packaging Operator works as a high-performance team member supporting all aspects of team performance to produce a high-quality product in a safe environment while complying to all Haleon policies and procedures in accordance with FDA regulations.
Role Responsibilities
Operate the packaging lines in the packaging department daily.
Perform routine quality checks to ensure that the products are in accordance with the specification.
Perform routine safety checks to ensure that the equipment is in a safe condition for operation.
Ensure processes quality and compliance in accordance with established procedures and standards of the Quality System.
Comply with and support the Haleon Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Achieve Performance target for Packaging Lines.
Participate in RCA for deviations.
Participate in RCA for problems/breakdowns that occur on equipment.
Perform and assist with preventative maintenance and autonomous maintenance on packaging production lines.
Perform and assist with packaging production lines change overs to meet department needs.
Perform and assist with 5S and cleaning activities to always meet good manufacturing practices.
SAP functions-Batch reconciliation Cycle Count Material Movements Confirmation and Inventory control.
Why you
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
1 year of experience in a production environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical Degree or Certification.
Experience in high-speed packaging environment and troubleshooting skills.
SAP experience.
Location: St. Louis MO.
Shift: M-Th 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
