Job Description:
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for sales focused task including but not limited to:
- Quoting
- Order Entry
- Maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Estimating customer provided conceptual engineering parts.
- Assisting with the proper evaluation and approval of:
- Design changes
- Specifications
- Drawing releases
- Throughout the various stages of product development:
- Interact with both customers and other departments within MCAM
- Responsible for assisting in customer follow-up and maintenance to insure customer satisfaction and service on existing accounts in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
- Bachelors Degree in business or engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales and product development preferred.
- Related business experience in the semiconductor military aerospace medical and industrial markets.
- Experience in CNC machining of plastic and metal parts a plus.
- Knowledge of high-performance plastic polymers preferred.
- Use of Microsoft Office suite
Principal Accountabilities/Knowledge:
- Bachelors Degree in business or engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales preferred
- Experience in sales and product development.
