Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Specialist to join our team. The QA Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of products or software by performing thorough testing identifying issues and working closely with developers and other teams to resolve them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts.

• Conduct manual and/or automated testing of software or products.

• Identify document and track bugs and errors using appropriate tools.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure issues are resolved.

• Verify that products meet quality standards and customer requirements.

• Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews.

• Suggest process improvements to enhance product quality and testing efficiency.

• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of testing activities and results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience as a QA Tester QA Engineer or similar role.

• Familiarity with QA tools and methodologies.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA lifecycle.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Selenium JUnit TestNG).

• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java Python JavaScript) is a plus.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.

• ISTQB or other QA certification is a plus.

Language and Proficiency Requirements:

• English: Professional proficiency (both written and verbal) – required for writing reports reading technical documentation and collaborating with international teams.

• Other Language: Fluent/Native/Intermediate proficiency – preferred (if applicable for the team or location).
Additional language skills are a plus particularly in multinational teams.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based work with the potential for hybrid or remote options.

• May involve tight deadlines or extra hours during product releases.
