Job Summary

Overview

The Implementation Specialist supports functions in Leasing & Rents and Document Management to manage the forms and documents that property staff processes on a daily basis as part of the overall OneSite workflow such as move-ins renewals and or recertification and other routine processes that require consistent documentation. Documents are stored in one convenient location for the propertys staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
  • Ensures all client documents are received in accordance with departmental policies legal requirements and customer specifications prior to starting implementation
  • Perform system setup and configuration ensuring accuracy of complex data and multi system integrations
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of each product for which they are responsible
  • Accurately forecast activation dates and manage implementation appropriately to meet release dates
  • Conduct review with domestic consultant prior to release to confirm acceptance of data and configuration
  • Maintain accurate records of all communication received from each client
  • Update activity records timely and accurately to ensure accurate reporting and client billing
  • Notify management of any complications missing data or system defects that might delay the implementation
  • Identify and assist development with resolution and enhancements to workflow scripts or system defects
  • Perform testing on new workflow scripts or solutions prior to implementation
  • Maintain knowledge of departmental processes and procedures

Qualifications

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products specifically MS Word
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with internal business partners
  • Ability to work overtime as needed to ensure deliverables are met
  • Must be able to multi-task work in high paced and deadline driven environment

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must have the ability to operate a personal computer and express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word. May be required to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus. May be required to lift or move 10 pounds.
