The role ensures the organization has a strong talent pipeline through structured assessments data-driven insights and ongoing partnership with leaders and HR teams.

What the role will entail
- Work closely with the Talent Management Head to provide end-to-end leadership design governance reporting execution and accountability for the following:
Succession Planning and Management
- Set policies on the continued engagement and transition of retirees to consultant or fixed-term executive role
- Oversee approvals reporting and changes in contractual engagements of retirees consultants and fixed-term employees in partnership with PBPs and HR Services.
Career Management
- Manage internal mobility including deep selection and development cases tied to promotions
- Oversee job rotations and gig or project-based assignments.
- Explore and implement mobility across FDC operating entities in partnership with People Business Partners Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition
- Lead performance management initiatives in partnership with the Strategy & Transformation Office and the Enterprise Management Office.
- Lead leadership development interventions beyond traditional learning programs such as 360-degree feedback in partnership with Learning & Development
- Drive best-practice benchmarking and pilot new talent initiatives.
2. Support the Workforce Management Office as the lead for the following:
- Governance of organizational structures and job descriptions ensuring audit readiness and maintaining a single source repository
- Organizational effectiveness initiatives including bank-wide org design and operating model reviews as well as the rationalization of spans layers and organizational levels (e.g. cluster group etc.).
3. Partner and work closely with HR COEs PBPs and the Chief PCSS Officer to support the ideation co-design and execution of talent management interventions for assigned accounts as well as the customization and enhancement of bank-wide programs and strategic initiatives involving senior leaders and the Board.
4. Drive performance management initiatives and leadership interventions including 360 feedback and development programs
5. Manage talent review cycles succession pipelines critical role mapping and HiPo programs.
6. Support competency framework updates culture-building engagement and change management initiatives
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
What were looking for
- Graduate of bachelors degree in human resources Psychology Business or related field
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years of HR experience preferably in Talent Management OD or HRBP functions. Experience in performance management and talent review is preferred.
- Strong understanding of talent processes
- Data analytics and HR dashboarding skills
- Good facilitation and presentation capability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skill
- Familiarity with competency frameworks and assessment tools.
