About the role:
We are currently recruiting for a Works Coordinator in support of our Glasgow Depot. This is a fixed term contract role.
Location: Glasgow
Role type: Fixed Term Contract
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Salary: 26 500 - 28 000.00 depending on experience
What you will be doing
- Liaising with our procurement team transport team and training team
- Raising of purchase orders through our online portals
- Organization of vehicle maintenance calendars
- Arranging and tracking works permits
- Supporting with risk assessments & method statements
- Collation of personnel-related paperwork such as inductions training leaver and joiner details
- Logging absence requests
- General admin duties around the depot
