As the Creative Marketing Manager for Amazon Now youll define and own the end-to-end creative strategy that brings speed and convenience to life across defined digital touchpoints. Youll develop a multi-tiered creative framework serving everything from high-value tentpole events to hyper-local campaigns and programmatic content while establishing template specifications ASIN placement guidelines and campaign messaging that resonates with target audiences. Partnering across the Amazon Now ecosystem youll collaborate with both business and brand stakeholders ADX Creative teammates and agency partners to translate strategic vision into production-ready assets that drive measurable business impact. Youll lead quarterly creative strategy refreshes own the template approval process and mentor in-house designers and external partners to deliver bar-raising creative that balances visual excellence with business performance. This role requires translating business objectives into compelling creative briefs while maintaining consistent brand voice and ensuring flawless execution across all campaigns.
About the team
Were Amazons Delivery Experience (ADX) Creative team. We support and advocate for Amazons global network of delivery partners Operations professionals fulfillment teams and retail customers.
- Bachelors degree in marketing advertising business or equivalent
- 5 years of digital media or marketing strategy data analysis analytics & visualization experience
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience driving results through digital marketing and multi-channel campaigns
- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma Adobe Creative Cloud or similar
- 7 years of experience in creative marketing brand strategy or advertising
- Proven track record of managing complex creative projects with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
- Experience working with digital project management tools and software
- Experience with hands-on visual design
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders at various levels and in different locales to drive alignment
- Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
- Experience in e-commerce retail or fast-paced consumer-facing businesses
- Experience in Asana and Sharepoint
- Experience with programmatic advertising and performance marketing creative
- Experience managing creative approval processes with multiple stakeholder groups

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
