These practices are collectively referring out over $4 million in oral surgery production annually creating a rare opportunity to step into immediate demand strong case volume and a full schedule from day one.

This role is ideal for an Oral Surgeon seeking clinical autonomy consistent referrals and the stability of a guaranteed base salary within a professionally managed patient-focused environment.

• Starting Base Salary: $400000

The Role

• Provide oral and maxillofacial surgical specialty care across multiple offices

• Examine diagnose and treat a wide spectrum of oral and maxillofacial conditions

• Perform procedures including dental implants third molar removal and related surgical treatments

• Develop and present treatment plans based on clinical examinations and diagnostic imaging

• Educate patients on procedures treatment options and post-operative care

• Collaborate closely with referring dentists and in-office clinical teams

• Maintain the highest standards of ethics professionalism and surgical excellence

• Remain current with evolving technologies and standards of care through continuing education

Qualifications:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Certificate for an accredited US Oral Surgery Residency Program
• Active dental license in the state of practice
