Mercy Clinic in Pittsburg Kansas is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon to join our growing practice. This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a collaborative physician-led environment known for quality care and patient satisfaction.
Practice Highlights
- Position available due to a General Surgeon leaving
- Join one other full-time General Surgeon and 1 full-time NP
- Clinic office suite located on hospital campus
- Surgical Center consists of 40000 sq/ft and 6 state-of-the-art operating rooms
- 18 Pre-Op/Post-Op rooms
- 1 Anesthesiologist 5 CRNAs
- 2 Endoscopy Suites
- 6 PACU bays
- 1 Da Vinci Robot
- Large established multi-specialty referral network
- System-wide Epic EMR
- Teaching opportunities with local medical school
- Open to J-1 and H-1B visa candidates

- 102-bed hospital serving Southeast Kansas
- Level III Trauma Center and Emergent Stroke Ready Hospital
- Leapfrog Groups A Hospital Safety Grade
- 12-bed ICU with 24/7 telehealth monitoring
Compensation & Benefits
- $540K guaranteed salary plus $50000 recruitment bonus
- Up to $20000 relocation assistance
- 4 weeks vacation 6 holidays and 1 week CME during guarantee period
