Role Summary
TheThirdPartyRisk Management (TPRM) functionis responsible forestablishingand operating the enterprise framework foridentifying assessing and overseeing risks arising fromthirdpartyrelationships including outsourced service providers bankingpartnersand other critical vendors. The function supports regulatory compliance operational resilience and sound risk governance across the fullthirdpartylifecycle.
The Senior AnalystThirdParty Risk Management is responsible for ongoing vendor oversight focused on financial monitoring and contractual analysis supporting portfoliovisibilityand intake handling and ensuring higherrisk vendor records and outputs are accurate complete and decisionready; the role also supports due diligence activities as part of the broader thirdparty lifecycle
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing financial monitoring of thirdparty vendors document outcomes and flag issues requiring further review or escalation.
- Review and analyze vendor contracts toidentifyand document key oversightrelevant terms (e.g. audit rights termination provisions service scope regulatory obligations).
- Maintain and support thirdparty portfolio reporting including defined KPIs and tracking outputs used for management oversight.
- Review and process vendor intake requests ensuring completeness of information and correct routing based on service characteristics and risk drivers.
- Support identification and documentation of portfoliolevel considerations such as vendor duplication concentration and dependency indicators.
- Execute and review due diligence activities for higherrisk or highertier vendors ensuring assessments are completeaccurate and decisionready.
- Support improvements to tools templates and workflows that strengthen consistency and accuracy of thirdparty oversight activities.
- Work closely with Procurement and Finance and align with other relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent handling and resolution of thirdparty risk issues.
- Performadditionalduties asrequiredto support the ThirdParty Risk Management team and enhancePayoneersenterprise resilience and risk management capabilities.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelors degreerequired;preferred background in finance business law or risk.
- 3-5 years of experience in ThirdParty Risk Management Risk Management Vendor Management Procurement or related fields.
Qualifications
- Background in financial analysis / FP&A contracting or commercial vendor management (i.e. comfortable with spend drivers and commercial terms).
- Experienceoperatingin a regulated multinational environment.
- Demonstrated project / delivery management capability
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to review and interpret complex documentation.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint for analysis documentation and management reporting
- Experience supporting project management activities including tracking deliverables timelines dependencies and remediation actions
- Experience working with budget inputs cost estimates or spendrelated data as part of project vendor or risk initiatives
Certificates or Licenses
- Preferred but notrequired(e.g. CTPRP CRISC CISA CIA NCMA contract management certifications (CPCM / CCCM / CFCM) or other relevant thirdparty risk audit or contract governance certifications).
