We act for the roleThe Case Worker provides casework support within several Red Cross Community Program Portfolios They will provide individualised support to clients to identify strengths and needs and assist in setting and attaining identified goals. They will work with other agencies and organisations in a collaborative approach to source appropriate support for role includes after-hours work with attendance at Soup Patrol runs in Fremantle and Perth at least four evenings per month (typically 4:00pm7:30pm).
