Together we can contribute to a more connected compassionate mental health and criminal justice the Role:The Forensic Programs Manager is responsible for leading the design delivery and evaluation of therapeutic programs that support recovery wellbeing and offence-specific rehabilitation within forensic mental health services. Duties:The primary focus of the role is to lead develop and implement integrated forensic the design delivery and evaluation of integrated forensic programs aligned with the DUNDRUM framework Model of Care and organisational clinical and operational oversight to ensure programs are evidence based risk responsive multidisciplinary and embedded within consumer continuous improvement and innovation through program evaluation outcomes monitoring research collaboration and service development workforce capability through effective leadership supervision workforce planning and resource management to support safe and sustainable service high standards of governance compliance and performance through strong operational leadership reporting and cross service You:Relevant postgraduate qualification and extensive post registration experience in forensic mental health or a related clinical setting. Ability to apply discipline-specific standards ethical frameworks and relevant legislation ( Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 CMIA Sentencing Act) to practice in secure forensic experience leading and delivering evidence based offence specific and recovery oriented therapeutic programs. Proven leadership capability in multidisciplinary environments with experience contributing to strategic service planning policy development and continuous improvement. High level communication evaluation and reporting skills including the use of clinical data systems and technology to inform service delivery and executive knowledge experience:This is multidisciplined opportunity and possession of a relevant tertiary qualification and registration or membership with the appropriate Board or Association as a Registered Nurse Psychologist Social Worker or Occupational qualifications required for each discipline are:Registered Nurse RPN5:Registered Psychiatric Nurse.
