Position Details:

• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
• Start Date: March 2nd 2026
• General Location: Spartanburg SC
• Facility Type: Financial Institution (Bank Facilities)
• Shift Time: 5:00pm 1:00am
• Shift Days: Monday Friday

Position Overview:We are seeking a dependable and professional Janitorial Technician to provide cleaning services for two bank facilities in Spartanburg SC. The locations are approximately 16 minutes apart and travel between both facilities during each shift is required.

This role requires maintaining high standards of cleanliness professionalism and confidentiality within a secure financial environment.

General Duties Include:

• Vacuuming and floor care
• Restroom cleaning and sanitization
• Interior window cleaning
• Dusting and surface cleaning
• Trash removal and disposal
• Responding to service or emergency cleaning requests
• General cleaning of lobbies offices breakrooms and common areas

Standing walking bending and lifting will be required for the duration of each shift.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be reliable professional and detail-oriented
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently
• Personal smartphone required for work communication
• Must have reliable personal transportation to travel between two bank locations during each shift (approximately 16 minutes apart). Public transportation or rideshare is not sufficient due to schedule and shift requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs carry trash bags operate and lift janitorial equipment and restock supplies
• Must speak read and write English
• Must successfully pass a bank-level criminal background screening which includes enhanced security standards required for financial institutions in addition to a standard background check
