Job Summary
Job Title: Soft Skills (Communication) Trainer
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Soft Skills (Communication) Trainer to deliver engaging training sessions focused on improving communication interpersonal and professional skills. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering corporate training programs for working professionals and freshers.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training sessions on Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
Conduct training on Business Communication & Professional Etiquette
Train participants on Presentation Skills & Public Speaking
Develop training materials PPTs and activities
Conduct role-plays group discussions and interactive sessions
Assess participants through activities and feedback mechanisms
Customize training content as per client requirements
Provide post-training reports and performance feedback
Key Skills Required:
Excellent English communication skills
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to engage diverse audiences
Knowledge of corporate communication standards
Confidence in handling virtual and onsite sessions
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
Certification in Soft Skills / Communication Training (preferred)
3 years of experience in delivering soft skills training
Corporate training experience preferred
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to explain complex medical and audit concepts in a clear and structured manner Strong presentation and public speaking skills Effective classroom and online training delivery skills Ability to engage participants through interactive sessions and case discussions Strong listening skills and ability to address queries confidently
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Life Sciences Nursing Pharmacy or a related healthcare fieldCertification in Medical Coding (ICD-10 CPT HCPCS) preferredCertified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent certification (preferred)
