Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a forward-thinking Illinois school district to hire a full-time School Psychologist for an immediate start through the remainder of the academic year. This role offers the opportunity to play a vital part in shaping positive academic behavioral and emotional outcomes for students.
About the Role:
As a School Psychologist you will serve as a cornerstone of the student support teamusing data-driven decision-making and compassionate practice to help students thrive. Your expertise in assessment intervention and consultation will directly influence educational planning and individualized student support.
You will work alongside educators administrators and families to create proactive strategies that remove barriers to learning and promote a safe inclusive school climate.
Position Brief:
- Conduct observations of students in classrooms and various school settings to gain valuable insights.
- Provide compassionate counseling instruction and mentoring to students facing social emotional and behavioral challenges.
- Promote wellness and resilience by reinforcing communication skills social skills problem-solving abilities anger management self-regulation self-determination and optimism.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology.
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement.
