The Collections role is responsible for managing early-stage arrears and delinquent accounts with the goal ofensuring timely payment minimizing credit risk andmaintaining a positive customer relationship. Collectorsplay a key role in identifying payment issues initiatingcontact with debtors and implementing tailored solutionsto prevent escalation.

Day to day:
- Monitor accounts arrears. Identify reasons for the arrears
- Ensure competition on daily campaigns designed by specific C&R software.
- Collect amount in arrears and dedicated fees.
- Be able to early identify technical disputes and fraud flags.
- Maintain fluent communication with other departments.
- Set up back ups among members in case of bottlenecks or limitations from some members to complete daily activities. Set up plans for vacation ensuring service is provided.

- Oriented to achieve main KPIs mainly Delinquency Levels and Risk Cost.
- High negotiations capabilities with delinquent customers.
- Able to communicate through different channels
- Advance knowledge of MS Programs remarking Excel and PowerBI.
- Used to work with different software.
- Used to coordinate team members. It is critical to be able to create good atmosphere among members embracing DLL values and supporting members.
- English is desire at least understanding capacity.
