Job Summary
For our financial department we are currently looking for Accounts Payable Assistant.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Responsibility:
Entering invoices with and without purchase order into the accounting SAP
Handling internal correspondence and correspondence with suppliers in German
Resolving problems related to unpaid invoices
Supporting the team with other tasks
Your Skills and Expertise:
You have an analytical mind and pay attention to details
You can demonstrate at least A2/B1 fluency in German
Good organizational and time management skills
You have an active student status and youre available to work min. 20h / week.
