JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support WMS transition to lot-controlled inventory
Assist with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) support and improve system documentation
Help streamline upgrade testing by scripting and organizing standard unit test cases
Support EDI processes and assist with vendor purchase orders and ASNs
Develop and support reporting initiatives using Power BI
Identify and implement workflow automation opportunities using Power Automate (e.g. contract/lease notifications)
Assist with AI-related research and pilot initiatives where applicable

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUP required)
Exposure to Power BI Power Automate AI tools or ERP systems preferred
Strong analytical documentation communication skills attention to detail and results oriented
Understanding of SDLC concepts and testing methodologies
Strong time management and organization skills
