Full-Time 1.0 FTE 8-hour Day Shifts

A Registered Nurse (RN) Quality Lead II who excels in this role:
- Maintains regulatory accreditation and certification requirements and processes.
- Conducts performance and process improvement activities through consultation development of performance measures education chart reviews root cause analysis data collection and analysis to achieve safety and quality goals.
Analyzes data develops presentations and facilitates meetings.

What we are looking for
Preferred applicants should have a state of Michigan RN license and possess a bachelors degree from an accredited nursing school (masters degree preferred).
Non-RN applicants should possess a bachelors degree in related field (masters degree preferred).
Additional requirements include:
Two (2) years experience in quality management patient safety or regulatory activities.
Basic Life SupportHealth Care Provider (BLS-HCP)
Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) (Preferred)
