Position: Remote Clinical Nurse Manager/Triage Nurse

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Remote Clinical Nurse Managers/Triage Nurses to join our team. This is a part-time remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct remote assessments of clients health status and develop personalized care plans

Provide remote supervision and support to our team of caregivers

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our clients

Conduct remote triage and provide guidance to clients and their families on managing health concerns

Monitor and track clients progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all client interactions and care plans

Provide education and resources to clients and their families on health-related topics

Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed

Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of Florida

Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health care or a related field

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Proficient in using technology for remote communication and documentation

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
