Job Summary
Wir suchen eine engagierte und organisierte Persönlichkeit die unser Führungsteam tatkräftig unterstützt und den Standort Tuttlingen aktiv mitgestaltet. Als Site Assistant (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle im administrativen Tagesgeschäft und tragen zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf im Büro sowie zu einem positiven Arbeitsumfeld bei.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Administrative Unterstützung unseres Führungsteams
- Betreuung des Onboardings neuer Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter
- Koordination von Office Supplies sowie Verantwortung für allgemeine Büromaterialien
- Organisation und Begleitung lokaler Events Besucherprogramme und Standortaktivitäten
- Koordination der Zentrale (Empfang Telefon Posteingang/-ausgang)
- Mitarbeit in spannenden lokalen Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung des Standorts
- Aktive Mitgestaltung im Bereich Diversity Equity & Inclusion
Ihr Profil
- Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Lösungsorientierung
- Organisationstalent und strukturierte zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Kreativität und Freude daran Themen voranzubringen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Industrie- oder Bürokauffrau/-mann oder vergleichbar)
