What you will do

Operate coating equipment safely to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications
Work across production areas and build skills through cross-training
Monitor product quality and communicate safety or process concerns promptly
Support continuous improvement and effective shift handovers
Safelymove materials and operate forkliftsand reel movers as needed

Working schedule: Full-time position working 12-hour rotating shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment including nights weekends and holidays asrequired.

Who you are

You are experienced in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
You have a strong commitment to safety and adherence to procedures
You are comfortable using computers and digital systems for data entry and reporting
You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with different teams open to cross-training and continuously improvement

The position holder reports directly to a Coating Supervisor at our Mills River Factory.
