Job Description

• Ensure that team members comply with all group/company/department rules and regulations carry out maintenance activities safely actively participate in building a strong safety culture within the team.
• Responsible for the daily management of the maintenance workshop team conduct monthly evaluations and recognition as well as annual performance appraisals.
• Assist the supervisor in developing training plans; based on the plan and needs coordinate and organize team members to attend various training sessions and supervise implementation.
• Manage daily operations of the maintenance workshop lubrication station and other designated areas.
• Participate in daily and weekly maintenance scheduling meetings and assist schedulers in task planning.
• Assist planners in developing major overhaul plans and participate in overhaul activities.
• Coordinate resources to execute PM04 work orders and IPTM tasks as well as lubrication tasks under the work centers responsibility according to planned timelines progress and quality requirements.
• Verify work order information such as man-hours maintenance records and material usage and ensure timely closure of work orders.
• Coordinate with material planners to raise purchase requests promptly based on maintenance schedules and issues identified during inspections.
• Actively address issues identified during EHS inspections and quality system audits and implement corrective actions.
• Support reliability engineers in related tasks such as lubrication management SOP preparation and ledger/statistical reporting.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
