Job Description
处理生产设备紧急故障维修需求使用PLC进行故障诊断并提出相应长期设备故障预防措施
制定并完善生产设备的预防性维护制度文件编写技术规范和检查记录表组织实施预防性维护定期检查各类设备或系统运行状态
监控并分析设备数据并发现潜在问题持续优化改造生产设施设备运用新技术新工艺新设备提升设备的稳定性与全球GE对接
对新设备或发生重大故障维修后的设备进行性能验证以满足GMP设备管理规范要求并完善记录验证档案负责生产设备相关变更 偏差 CAPA 自检验证等GMP工作
组织工务部与生产部的定期沟通会交流设备维护保养及运行状态信息提出相应改进或预防措施并实施培训
负责设备的备品备件的需求管理库存管理
监督完成计测设备的定期校验
完成指定的固定资产投资项目
设备维护相关工作中执行EHS政策和流程确保设备维护活动符合EHS规范要求
根据生产计划参与并执行倒班运行维护工作
