Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sydney NSW for a Customer Success Manager (Founding Team) at Care GP. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction retaining customers and building strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include proactively addressing customer needs analyzing customer data and working closely with healthcare operators to optimize their experience with our platform.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Experience in Customer Retention and Relationship Building
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Management or related field
