Job Summary
Your Mission
Were transforming the way our travel tech platform delivers value. As a DevOps Engineer youll be embedded in domain squads working alongside Software Engineers Product Managers and Engineering Managers to enable fast reliable and secure delivery.
You wont just maintain infrastructureyoull drive automation observability and scalable platform solutions that empower teams to deliver business impact. Youll proactively identify friction improve delivery pipelines and help evolve a platform engineering culture that emphasizes ownership reliability and developer experience.
Your key responsibilities will include :
Ensure services are highly available performant and secure even under peak traffic
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines automation and infrastructure as code
Deploy operate and scale containerized workloads (Kubernetes or similar)
Implement monitoring logging and alerting to provide teams with actionable insights
Collaborate with domain teams to reduce delivery friction and enable self-service
Drive improvements in platform reliability automation and operational standards
Advocate for shared ownership developer experience and continuous improvement
Participate in on-call rotations for incident management

Your profile:
Strong experience with cloud-native and on-premise infrastructure CI/CD automation and containerization
Solid understanding of system reliability performance security and scalability
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools
Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
Product- and platform-minded: able to balance technical excellence with business impact
