Compensation:

Gross Weekly: $2441
W2 Rate: $22/hour
Weekly Stipend: $1561/week

Position Overview:

A reputable healthcare facility in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist for a 13-week assignment in the General Operating Room. The Surgical Tech will assist the surgical team by maintaining sterile technique preparing instruments and supplies and ensuring efficient workflow during procedures.

This is a no-call no-weekend assignment offering a consistent schedule.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain sterile fields during surgical procedures
Set up operating rooms with necessary instruments supplies and equipment
Anticipate surgeon needs during procedures
Maintain accurate counts of sponges needles and instruments
Assist with patient positioning and preparation
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
Support efficient room turnover between cases

Qualifications:

Graduate of an Accredited Surgical Technology or OR Technician Program (Civilian or Military)
CST Certification (NBSTSA) Required (Must Maintain Active Status)
Current BLS Certification
Ability to Read Write and Communicate in English
Orthopedic Experience Strongly Preferred
