Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently
Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with NetSuite (or equivalent ERP system) is a plus
Basic Requirements:
Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience
Basic accounting or financial knowledge
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Ability to successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
