Job Summary

Define and refine target ICPs for AI solutions with the AI Competence Center
Prioritise focus segments and deprioritise non-strategic ones
Validate ICP assumptions using market feedback and deal data
Shape outcome-oriented AI service offers aligned to buyer problems
Develop clear positioning and messaging for priority ICPs
Test GTM hypotheses through outbound social selling and targeted content
Collect and analyse feedback from outreach and sales conversations
Translate learnings into recommendations on scaling or adjusting offers
Track GTM progress with clear documentation and metrics
Create high-impact GTM assets messaging frameworks and case studies

Qualifications :

5 years in marketing or GTM roles for B2B services or consulting
Experience with market and buyer research ICP definition and deal analysis
Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into outcome-based offers
Practical experience running outbound motions and lead generation collaboration
Experience testing ideas in the market and making evidence-based decisions
Strong writing skills for POVs offer descriptions and outreach messaging
Cross-functional collaboration with marketing sales and delivery teams
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Ability to prioritise make trade-offs and operate with high ownership

WILL BE A PLUS

Experience with AI data or complex engineering services
Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline analysis
Background in mid-size or scaling organisations
Experience with time-boxed initiatives and clear go/no-go decisions
