Player Digital Identity (PDI) is responsible for the products that allow players to create and manage their digital identity with an ethical and compliant framework and enjoy safe cross-experiences.
Your role as a Product Manager is to lead the product management effort for a set of products and ensure that products supported by the PDI team produce value for its stakeholders and users. The product manager challenges the development facilitates decisions has a very clear vision of where the product should be and finds an agreement to use the product to its full potential. You will also guarantee cohesion between different Online Services teams business partners and users involved in the projects while respecting the product roadmap.
As a Product Manager you are responsible for your portfolio providing strategic vision & direction in collaboration with PDI senior leadership and the other internal and external stakeholders. You bring knowledge in product management in the games/tech market to identify opportunities and risks.
Overall you play a vital part in driving product success meeting business objectives and fostering collaboration with our clients the entirety of Ubisoft games.

Requirements
- Proven extensive experience managing product delivery end-to-end
- Strong experience in Product Management Project Management or Business Analysis
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban)
- Strong prioritization and time-management skills
- Ability to identify risks dependencies and hidden issues early
- Experience managing roadmap backlog and product documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Account domain or related user/account management systems would be a strong plus

Product Ownership & Delivery
- Manage the full product lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery and validation
- Collect and analyze business needs together with stakeholders and product users
- Define product scope priorities and roadmap in alignment with strategic objectives
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog
- Write and clarify user stories tasks and functional specifications
- Coordinate implementation with development teams
- Track progress risks dependencies and delivery milestones across multiple products
- Ensure delivered features meet acceptance criteria and product vision
Portfolio & Stakeholder Management
- Represent a portfolio of products across multiple teams and domains
- Collaborate with game production teams business teams and technical teams
- Coordinate with external partners and development teams when required
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between all stakeholders
- Gather feedback and integrate it into product planning
Vision & Strategy
- Contribute to defining the product vision aligned with company strategy and business goals
- Translate high-level objectives into clear product priorities and roadmap
- Support strategic planning by identifying opportunities risks and dependencies
- Ensure consistency across products within the domain
Cross-team Collaboration
- Work closely with Tech Production and Business teams to align on priorities
- Provide visibility on product activities and roadmap progress
- Support decision-making by providing clear product insights
- Maintain strong relationships with internal clients and partners
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct market and technology research when relevant
- Propose enhancements based on business needs and user feedback
- Drive product quality and long-term sustainability
