Job Summary
If you are an experienced and high performing Practice Manager that is ready for a new challenge this could be the opportunity youre looking for.
Were looking for a motivated and people-focused Dual Site Practice Manager to lead the team at The Dental Suites in Loughborough and Nottingham. As Manager your role is to strengthen operational rigour commercial performance and leadership capability across your sites
- 40 hours per week
- Working on site across both practices
- Competitive hourly rate
- Supportive and collaborative operations manager and regional business partners
About you

- Leading a high performing business that has a positive growth profile from revenue day to day running and customer NPS score
- Passionate about delivering great service
- Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
- Confident working with financials (P&L KPIs budgets)
- Delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities to a compliant process-driven practice team
