Job Summary
Shift- 4on3off 06:00-18:00
Salary- Monday Tuesday and Wednesday - 12.21 per hour Sunday 0600 to 1800 is 14.65 per hour
- Ensure all practices and procedures are carried out in line with Fowler Welchs BRC policy - Health & Safety policy and HACCP plan.
- Maintain a clean as you go attitude and ensure potential hazards are dealt with quickly and efficiently working to the standard required by the company
- Proactively identify and report any defects or maintenance issues to line manager.
- To work at height if required (and you are competently trained to do so) as part of your daily duties.
- To support the wider Facilities and Site functions as required subject to appropriate knowledge /training.
- To be always aware of Health and Safety for self and others.
- Cleaning Materials to be used appropriately as instructed and economically
- 70% of the role is external yard duties and appropriate PPE must be worn at all times
Qualifications :
- Working well in a team
- Working within a logistics/warehouse environment
- Ability to work at height and use of jet wash to clean vehicles and loading bays
- Ability to work outdoors for long periods or work in a chilled warehouse environment
- Ability to work to challenging deadlines in a pressurised environment
- Flexibility is expected during peak periods e.g. Christmas Valentines Day Mothers Day Easter etc.
