Immediate Start Available Full-Time & Part-Time Permanent Positions
The Role
Join Home Instead one of the UKs most trusted home care providers and make a genuine difference to peoples lives every day. Were urgently recruiting experienced Care Assistants based in Waltham Cross to support elderly clients across our Waltham Cross Cheshunt and Goffs Oak service areas.
Youll work directly in clients homes helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:
- Personal care support (washing dressing toileting)
- Medication administration
- Moving and handling assistance
- Specialised support for dementia mobility issues and complex health needs
- Managing challenging behaviours with patience and professionalism
- Light housekeeping meal preparation and meaningful companionship

About You
We need reliable compassionate professionals with:
- Proven experience as a Care Assistant Support Worker Healthcare Assistant or equivalent role
- Competence in managing challenging behaviour medication administration and moving & handling
- Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle (essential)
- Enhanced DBS clearance (Adult Workforce)
- Strong English spoken and written
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings evenings weekends and nights
- Willingness to travel to client visits across our Waltham Cross Cheshunt and Goffs Oak coverage areas
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care and dignity
