Senior Production Planner

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Daily build plan (by area) based on Demand Request and Optimization (both Material and capacity) to stakeholders.
• Monitor the execution of the production plan to ensure we are meeting commitment or minimizing the impact delivery to the customer.
• Able to investigate problems analyze root causes and provide solutions.
• Adhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives.
• Analyze delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust the production schedule to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with the demand team to support any demand change.
• Maintain reports for production planning activities and sequences.
• Monitoring planning KPI by weekly basis.      
• Plan inventory management to avoid excess inventory.
• Follow company rules and procedures.
• Have a good moral and keep a good working environment.
• Report the process/occurring problem to the manager.
• Evaluate the working performance of under-assigned personnel and provide any recommendation.

Qualifications :

REQUIRED:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in Production Planning inventory control material planning and Supply Chain.

SKILLS:

• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and familiarity with Power BI Canva and Generative AI tools
• Skill in Project Management 
• Proven skills in negotiation strategic planning and data analysis
• Effective negotiation and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (written/verbal)
