Job Summary
- Communicating with internal stakeholders
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining critical information
- Managing email/communication correspondence
- Preparing reports
- Research/ad hoc projects
- Some personal assistant tasks
Qualifications :
- Minimum three years experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-Level Executive.
- Bachelors degree (required)
- Extremely fast/accurate typing skills; upwards of 75 wpm.
- Experience organizing travel arrangements.
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint and advanced Outlook calendar management) is also essential.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills strong grammar and comprehension skills with close attention to detail.
- Proven time management research organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to transcribe dictation into well formatted and organized format
