We are looking to build a SAP S/4HANA team that will support our client as a true extension of their internal SAP organization.
This is not a junior AMS model. The client expects strong L2/L3 functional consultants who can work independently own and resolve tickets end-to-end perform root cause analysis and manage configuration and integration topics across modules.
The team will operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability supporting business-critical processes in an S/4HANA environment. Consultants are expected to demonstrate multi-module awareness and strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Qualifications
7 years of SAP functional consulting experience (module-specific)
Proven hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA (implementation and/or support)
Strong configuration skills within respective modules
Experience handling L2/L3 support independently
Solid understanding of cross-module integrations
Ability to perform root cause analysis and propose sustainable solutions
Experience working in global or complex enterprise environments
Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with business stakeholders
Advanced English (required)
Nice to have:
Experience in multi-country rollouts
Experience in hybrid AMS project environments
Exposure to automation and process optimization initiatives
