Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay ensuring a warm and personalized
experience.
Support guest arrival in-villa check-in and departure processes in a professional manner.
Handle guest inquiries special requests and concerns promptly and efficiently.
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and F&B Service and other departments to deliver seamless
service.
Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Promote resort facilities services and experiences to guests in a culturally appropriate manner
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar guest-facing role within an international luxury brand;
Maldives experience is an advantage.
Fluent in Russian; proficiency in English is mandatory.
Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple guest requests in a fast-paced
environment.
Strong cultural awareness and ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Professional well-groomed appearance with a positive and service-oriented attitude
