Position Summary:

CCRFT is seeking a highly skilled Technology Delivery Lead to support Finance Technology execution of the Ledger Modernization Program; a complex multi-year program which will transform and modernizes the existing technology platform.

This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives coordinating delivery facilitating sync points across teams providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality quality timeline and cost.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and facilitates routines to support technology delivery e.g .kick-offs status reviews stakeholder meetings change controls tollgates etc.
  • Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams
  • Facilitates dependency management/risk management /impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
  • Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.
  • Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery risks /issues and schedule.
  • Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
  • Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
  • Supports resource planning and forecasting for delivery /execution

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of job related experience required .
  • Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced matrixed environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations / reports
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
