The Role:
LION is currently seeking a talented Project Manager to manage high-visibility projects. This is a key role in the LION Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO). The successful candidate will report to the Senior Director of the ePMO and will support major product addition the successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring others on project management methodology and contributing to ongoing process improvements and standardization. The successful candidate should expect to travel up to 10% of the time.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Define plan execute and control moderate to complex projects.
- Drive alignment of product launch initiatives with Lions strategic objectives ensuring projects deliver measurable business value and support long-term growth.
- Secure and coordinate resources among several business units including R&D Product Management Marketing and Operations.
- Produce and maintain key deliverables: Business Case Schedule Budget RAID and Change Requests.
- Leverage data and performance metrics to monitor project and portfolio health identify trends and proactively make recommendations to leadership.
- Utilize problem solving tools and strategies to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate effective communication among stakeholders.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements in Project Management and Product Launches specificallyâ.
- Support and assist other Project Managers in the organization.

- Act as a trusted advisor and educator on ePMO processes.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management Product Management or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in Microsoft Project Smartsheet or similar scheduling tool
- PMP preferred
- Previous Product Launch experience a plus
- Manufacturing experience preferred
